Walking Groups
Start the New Year moving your body more by participating in a walking group!
Mendocino: An ongoing walking group meets most Wednesdays at 3 PM at the trailhead of the North Big River Road. Call 707-397-5575 first to confirm group is walking.

Fort Bragg: A new walking group meets most Mondays of the month at 9:55AM in the parking lot between the Beachcomber Motel and the Surf & Sand Lodge. We will be walking north on the Haul Road starting at 10 AM.

How Not To Diet Class
Every month seems to bring a trendy new diet or weight-loss fad, yet obesity rates continue to rise—and with it a growing number of diseases and health problems. It’s time for a different approach. The How Not To Diet class is held at Preston Hall in Mendocino on four consecutive Saturdays starting February 15 from 2:30-4:30 PM.
